About Us
JV21 Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“JV21”, “we”, “us”) is a South African company registered with CIPC (registration number: 2021/623063/07). Our physical trading address is 210 Robert Sobukwe St, Sunnyside, Pretoria, 0002.

Scope of Services
We provide the following services and products:
- Interior design and architectural style packages (once off consultations and full project design solutions).
- Sales of physical furniture, Artifacts and related accessories.
- Custom or made to order furniture pieces, where applicable.
All services and products are provided subject to these Terms of Service and any separate written agreement or project brief signed by the client.
Ordering and Payment
- Orders for furniture and design services are placed via our website or by email, and become binding once you confirm acceptance of our written proposal or invoice.
- We require a 50% deposit of the agreed project or contract value before design work commences or before custom furniture production begins.
- This deposit covers initial planning, research, and setup costs associated with your project.
- The remaining balance is due on completion or before dispatch, as specified in your proposal.
- Payments are processed via Payfast, and we accept card payments and EFT through our Payfast integration or bank account.
- We do not store card details on our own systems.
Deliveries and Shipping
- We ship furniture and other goods nationwide within South Africa and, where agreed, internationally.
- Standard delivery lead time is approximately 7 working days for in stock items held at our warehouse.
- Custom or made to order items are subject to separate time lines outlined in the contract.
- The client is responsible for the cost of delivery and, where applicable, returns.
- All deliveries are fully insured for loss or damage in transit.
Intellectual Property and Design Work
- All interior design concepts, drawings, plans, and documentation created by JV21 are the intellectual property of JV21 until final payment is received.
- Once the project is fully paid, you may use the designs for the agreed project only and may not resell, reproduce, or reuse them for other projects without written permission.
Cancellation and Changes
- If you cancel a project after the 50% deposit is paid but before design work commences, you are entitled to a refund of the deposit, subject to any incidental costs incurred (for example, third‑party software or booking fees).
- If you cancel after design work or custom production has commenced, we may retain a reasonable portion of the deposit as a cancellation / administration fee, in line with fair industry practice for service based providers.
- Any remaining balance owed will be invoiced accordingly.
- We may revise project scope, time lines, or fees if there are substantial changes requested by you, and such changes will be documented in writing.
Liability and Warranties
- We warrant that goods sold will be of satisfactory quality and as described.
- If goods are found not to meet agreed quality or purpose, you may return them within the applicable return period (see our Returns Policy) for a replacement or refund, as required by law.
- Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the supply of goods or services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the affected goods or services, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any dispute arising from our services or products will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or, if necessary, the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
By using our website or confirming an order with JV21, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
